PROD. Capability
We have more than 17 years experience in iPhone cases & covers business. We have our own leather factory having more than 32 stitches and 100 sets ultrasonic wave machines.Moreover, we have 8 production lines with daily capacity up to 40,000pcs.
Quality Control & Test Capability
We have always pursuit and control strictly on our quality, every product has gone through basic tests and extra tests required by different customers., we do various tests as below but not limited to that, such as drop-ball test, vibration test, anti-aging test, cross-cut tape adhesion test, anti-impact test, alcohol resistant test and temperature cycle test etc.

We have implemented a strict and complete quality control system, which ensures that each product can meet the quality requirements of customers. All processes from raw material purchase, production, testing and marketing are performed based on the requirements of the ISO9001 international quality assurance standard. From initial inspection of incoming components and materials to the checking of semi-finished products during the manufacturing process, all stages are strictly monitored. Besides, all of our products have been strictly inspected before shipment.
